I suggest bringing the rates down to 250x or something. A lot of servers have 1000x or 2000x high rates, a server needs to be different to gain players 
.
Oh also, my other suggestion is to include the server time in the website so we all base the time of events off it.

This is basically a high rate server, if you're looking for a server which is low rate there are loads of them around here.
But i might have an idea to use you're idea but still keep the rates we have now.
We could have made 2 channels/Clusters.
1 Can be the one we're having at this moment, with high rates which the other one could be a low rate or a mid rate cluster. We would gain more members with different opinions on how the server rates should be.
